#口语喵第 35 期 Day 6# As a amateur of League of legends, I always impose it to relax myself. As we all know, it is a popular game poping up these years and there are so many people of different classes indulge themselves in it. In my opinions, firstly, this strategic game give me many opportunities to communicate with my teammates in a bid to gain the victory, and in the process of playing I always design the project to establish the advantage for me and my teammates and handle the priority of the bout gradually. Obviously I can completely get relax for my busy tasks. Secondly, there are so many official profeesional games broadcasting in the steam like recent S7. So appreciating the matches is another way for me to relax. As a analyst of the condition of the competition，imagining what will happen in next time is so cool. So I prefer this way.

Well, the most effective way that works on me is sleeping in. While under pressure, I tend to be impatient and lose my temper. Sleeping in once there is a chance can help me adjust my nerves and is conducive to getting over my tiredness. Furthermore, sleeping in let me forget all about the stress for the time being. Once falling sleep, I would be free from thinking about the stress any longer and everything recedes to temporarily tranquility, so when I get up, I feel so relaxed. Of course, I could not sleep in whenever I am and whenever I want to, rather, I need to find time ,that is , when works allow me to do so.[br]

The way that helps me to relax is having a barbecue party with my friends. My all-time favorite food is grilled cheese and hotdog, and guess what, I can have both of them at a barbecue party. It gives me much satisfaction. Also, my friends and I can bring baseball gloves and bats to play catch together, and at the same time, we can have a great fun. Moreover, music is almost a must for a barbecue, cause it creates party atmosphere. In this way, it relaxs me both physically and mentally.

well, i prefer to watch my favorite animation to relax.[br]when I am stress, or have a tough day, I just like to go home and watch luffy’s adventure of voyage.[br]you know, luffy is the major character of the animation one piece which is very famous. he always gives me courage, happiness, and smile, and then I thought my trouble was nothing. tomorrow is another day. I just need trying hard. If i keep positive, just like luffy, then no matter what happened, no matter what other people think, relying on myself and trusting my talents, my path will make sense in the end.

The way reading book helps me to relax. When I read book, I will breathe deeply and calm down, paying attention to the book. The book will take me in another world, where I can contemporarily escape the real world and find other ways to feel the world. In reading book, not only can I learn knowledge, but also draw lessons. And when I feel nervous, the book will encourage me. I can resolve many problems which I meet in my life by using the way I learn from books. When I read book, I will feel all the world is mine, I can do everything.

Well for me, the best way to relax is to play basketball. I prefer playing basketball because it is a team game, since I was a kid I often played basketball with my classmates after class, giving us a great promotion of friendship, and of course happiness, so it is a really good game for we boys who love basketball for relaxation. And on the other hand, playing basketball is a way of relieving pressures, as I’m facing a great study stress, I can refresh my mind from all day and night brainwork by playing basketball. So I believe this is the best way for me to relax.
