Well, as for me, I would like to choose to do exercise when I am free. Even if I don't have time to do exercise everyday. I'd like to do exercise several times a week, or even more times. Because you know exercise is critical in one's life. Keeping exercise will make your body stay fit. And you will feel good with plenty of exercise. I am not saying doing exercise everyday means the person is at grass. But I know everybody should schedule their dailytime to make sure they have done the most important thing in a day and make use of time. Therefore they might not have time to exercise everyday. I mean, doing exercise when you free is more suitable in general.
